Our storage is here in the Rossendale valley
When we store your things, they stay here in the valley. Our depot at Unit 4A, Park Mill, Holcombe Road, in Rossendale is the storage as well as the base for our vans. It is not a satellite drop-off point where your boxes get shipped somewhere else. What we collect from your door comes back to our own building.
We run managed storage. We collect your things, store them safely at the depot, and bring them back when you are ready. Unlike self-storage, where you deal with everything yourself, we handle the lifting and the logistics at both ends.
Here is what is included when you store with us:
- Heated space, so nothing you store is left in the cold and damp.
- CCTV and an alarm.
- Managed access, with your own lock if you would like one, and visits to the depot by arrangement.
- A size of space to suit the job, from a few boxes between houses to the full contents of a home.
- Collection and redelivery, both handled by us.
Collecting from Rossendale and bringing things back
Access is arranged rather than around the clock, and that is deliberate. If you need to get to your things, we meet you at the depot at a time that suits you. You are welcome to add your own lock, and if you would like to see the place before you commit, you can visit by arrangement.
Storage tends to come up when the dates do not line up. A sale completes before the purchase, a rental gap opens up, or a house needs to stand empty before a clearance or a refit. In those cases we can bridge the gap: your things go into the store when you move out and come back out when the new place is ready.

How long can you store things with us?
Storage works just as well for a short stay as a long one, whether that is a few weeks or considerably longer. There is no fixed limit on how long you keep something with us.
We also take on business storage and can hold documents where needed. Perishable goods are the one thing we will not store, though we are happy to move them.
