Tell us when you book if your street is narrow, permit-only or a walk from the front door, and we will plan the day around it rather than find out on the morning. If a piano needs to travel, we have staff trained to move them and the right equipment for the job.
Book us to pack and it is part of the price, not an extra added later. We bring the boxes, wrap everything properly for the road, and reuse boxes where we can. Packing yourself instead is fine too, and we will still make sure it all travels safely.
