We work out the approach before the day, so the van ends up as close to your door as the street allows, and where a narrow or stepped access makes it necessary, we carry the longer distance rather than risk your things or the building. If your street is tight or on a slope, let us know where the van can wait, and we will plan the day around it rather than work it out on the morning.
When you book us to pack, the packing is part of the price: we bring the boxes, protect everything for the road, and reuse them where we can.
